Elise & Mae Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
How it works:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- To start a return, email us at info@eliseandmae.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or incorrect items:
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right at no extra cost to you.
